Entering your boat takes six steps. The entry form itself is 4 steps, but your registration is not complete until you have also submitted the Declaration of Responsibility.
| Step | ||
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Create your account | Required before you can register |
| 1 | Boat Details | Your contact details and your boat’s specifications |
| 2 | Team Members | Add your crew (manually or by Excel import) |
| 3 | Photos | Upload crew photos (optional — can be done later) |
| 4 | Payment | Review fees, pay, accept the declaration statement, submit |
| 5 | Declaration of Responsibility | Required. A separate form, completed from My Boats |
You can leave and come back at any point — your entry is saved as soon as you finish Step 1.
Your entry is not finished when you click “Complete Registration.” The tick box on Step 4 is only an agreement statement. You must still complete the full Declaration of Responsibility form (Step 5) before race day. See Step 5.

Your account is what links the entry to you. Without it you cannot reach My Boats — the page where you edit your entry, add crew, upload your payment proof, and submit your Declaration of Responsibility.

Optional: Photo and Passport Photo (you can add these in Step 3 or later).
Best for large crews.
The template columns, in order:

YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 1985-03-27)Skipper or Crew36–64, even numbers)Import the basics via Excel, then edit individual members to fill in anything missing.
Tip: Your crew list should match the Number of Crew Racing you declared in Step 1 — that number is what your fee is based on. If they don’t match, go back and correct whichever one is wrong.
Click Continue → when your crew list is complete.
Crew photos and passport photos. This step is optional — you can skip it and add photos later from My Boats.
Put all your crew photos into one ZIP file and upload it. Photos are matched to crew members by filename, so name each file after the crew member it belongs to.
📖 See the Photo Upload Guide for filename rules and image requirements.
Edit each crew member and upload their photo and passport photo one at a time.
Click Continue to Payment →, or Skip (Add Photos Later).
The screen shows your Registration Summary with the live figures for this season:
Total = Entry Fee + (Crew Fee × additional crew)
So a boat with a crew of 5 pays the entry fee plus 4 × the crew fee. A single-handed entry pays the entry fee only.
Your exact amounts are shown on screen — they’re set per season by the organisers.
